SaaS Product for E-commerce
Overview
I led the creation of a SaaS web product for e-commerce businesses using Webflow, focusing on enhancing the customer journey with seamless product discovery and a frictionless checkout experience. The goal was to boost sales conversions and reduce cart abandonment through an intuitive, streamlined interface, fully customizable on the Webflow platform.

Process
Discovery
The project started with in-depth user interviews and competitor analysis to pinpoint pain points, particularly around checkout. Users often found multi-step checkouts cumbersome, causing abandonment. We created personas that highlighted the need for a simplified, mobile-first checkout.
Value Proposition
We designed a one-page, frictionless checkout that eliminates unnecessary fields and supports multiple payment methods. Integrated features like autofill and instant payment confirmation further reduced friction, while custom analytics provided real-time insights into cart abandonment.
Product Roadmap
- V1: Built core functionality including product listing and Webflow-enabled checkout.
